Step 3: Decide How You Will Proceed

Now that you understand the requirements and have evaluated your options, it’s time to make a game plan for the 2023 AEP.

Ask yourself these questions...

  • How often do I actually submit enrollments over the phone? 
  • Do I need to invest in building out my own solution or am I comfortable with leaving this in the hands of my upline?
  • Have I been overthinking this? Do I understand the requirements?

Then plan accordingly...

Government regulations are no fun, but that’s the industry we’ve chosen to be in. We anticipate further clarification as we get through the AEP, but in the meantime, this guide should help you make a game plan.

You can also anticipate that each carrier will eventually provide its own solution to help facilitate call recordings, so stay tuned for that.
